حَدَّثَنَا عَلِىُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى مَرْدَوَيْهِ قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍعَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يَبُولَ الرَّجُلُ فِى مُسْتَحَمِّهِ. وَقَالَ إِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ. قَالَ وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. قَالَ أَبُوعِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَيُقَالُ لَهُ أَشْعَثُ الأَعْمَى. وَقَدْ كَرِهَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ الْبَوْلَ فِى الْمُغْتَسَلِ وَقَالُوا عَامَّةُ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ. وَرَخَّصَ فِيهِ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْهُمُ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ وَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ يُقَالُ إِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ لاَشَرِيكَ لَهُ. وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ قَدْ وُسِّعَ فِى الْبَوْلِ فِى الْمُغْتَسَلِ إِذَا جَرَى فِيهِ الْمَاءُ. قَالَ أَبُوعِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الآمُلِىُّ عَنْ حِبَّانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّه ِبْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ.

حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِى سَلَمَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِىِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ لَوْلاَ أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِى لأَمَرْتُهُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلاَةٍ وَلأَخَّرْتُ صَلاَةَ الْعِشَاءِ إِلَى ثُلُثِ اللَّيْلِ. قَالَ فَكَانَ زَيْدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ يَشْهَدُ الصَّلَوَاتِ فِى الْمَسْجِدِ وَسِوَاكُهُ عَلَى أُذُنِهِ مَوْضِعَ الْقَلَمِ مِنْ أُذُنِ الْكَاتِبِ لاَ يَقُومُ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ إِلاَّ اسْتَنَّ ثُمَّ رَدَّهُ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهِ. قَالَ أَبُوعِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ أَبِى وَائِلٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُخَلِّلُ لِحْيَتَهُ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ بَدَأَ بِمُؤَخَّرِ رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ بِمُقَدَّمِهِ وَبِأُذُنَيْهِ كِلْتَيْهِمَا ظُهُورِهِمَا وَبُطُونِهِمَا. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَحَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَصَحُّ مِنْ هَذَا وَأَجْوَدُ إِسْنَادًا. وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ إِلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ مِنْهُمْ وَكِيعُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ أَنَّهَا رَأَتِ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَوَضَّأُ قَالَتْ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ وَمَسَحَ مَا أَقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَمَا أَدْبَرَ وَصُدْغَيْهِ وَأُذُنَيْهِ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً. قَالَ وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِىٍّ وَجَدِّ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَحَدِيثُ الرُّبَيِّعِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ. وَقَدْ رُوِىَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ مَرَّةً. وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْم ِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ. وَبِهِ يَقُولُ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِىُّ وَابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِىُّ وَأَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ رَأَوْا مَسْحَ الرَّأْسِ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍالْمَكِّىُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ يَقُولُ سَأَلْتُ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مَسْحِ الرَّأْسِ أَيُجْزِئُ مَرَّةً فَقَالَ إِى وَاللَّهِ.
